Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp diced
  • 1 ripe mango diced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1/2 red onion finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño minced
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, mango, avocado, onion, and jalapeño.
  2. Pour in lime juice and orange juice.
  3. Add cilantro, salt, and pepper. Gently toss to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or cucumber slices.

Notes

  • For best texture, add avocado just before serving. Substitute mango with pineapple for variation.
