Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and chop your carrots into uniform pieces. Core and slice the apples into wedges.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and olive oil until smooth.
