Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in parmesan and chili flakes.
- Return shrimp and pasta to the pan, toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- Substitute cream with half-and-half for a lighter version
