Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Roll out the puff pastry to about 1/4 inch thick and slice it into 2-inch wide strips.

  5. Place on the baking sheet, whisk the egg, and brush it on top of each twist.
