Method
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Tie beef with butcher’s twine for even roasting.
 - In a small bowl, mix garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, olive oil, and melted butter.
 - Rub mixture all over the tenderloin.
 - Place on a rack in a roasting pan and roast for 25–30 minutes for medium-rare (135°F internal temp).
 - Rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
