  • 4 sticks Part-Skim String Cheese pulled into strands for mummies

  • 1 cup Mini Pepperoni optional
  • 1 cup Orange & Green Bell Peppers (thin strips) for jack-o'-lantern faces
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil (chiffonade) for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly mist a baking sheet with olive oil spray.
  2. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each mini pizza crust, leaving a half-inch border.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on half of the pizzas and create mummy strands with string cheese on the other half.
  4. Decorate with black olives and bell pepper strips, adding mini pepperoni if desired.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the crusts are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Allow the pizzas to cool for 2 minutes, then garnish with fresh basil before serving.
