Ingredients
  

  • Boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • Ranch seasoning mix
  • Au jus gravy mix
  • Pepperoncini peppers
  • Butter

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in a slow cooker. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning and au jus mix.
  2. Add pepperoncini peppers on top and place butter slices over everything.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 4 hours.
  4. Shred and serve.

Notes

  • Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or as sandwiches on toasted buns. You can adjust pepper quantity to control heat.
