Method
- Place chicken in a slow cooker. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning and au jus mix.
- Add pepperoncini peppers on top and place butter slices over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred and serve.
Notes
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or as sandwiches on toasted buns. You can adjust pepper quantity to control heat.
