Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar substitute, vinegar, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Add shredded cabbage and cook until tender, about 5–7 minutes.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Use a cast iron skillet for a better sear.
  • Adjust sweetness based on your preferred low-carb sweetener.
