  • 200 g Crushed Parle-G Biscuits Can substitute with any sweet biscuit
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter Melted and slightly cooled
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder Adds fragrant warmth
For the Cheesecake Filling
  • 250 g Cream Cheese At room temperature
  • 80 g Powdered Sugar For a smooth finish
  • 1 tsp Kesar Elaichi Essence Optional
  • 200 ml Heavy Cream Whipped until light
For the Layers
  • 200 g Motichoor Ladoos Crumble before layering
  • 50 g Garnishing Nuts e.g., sliced almonds, pistachios
  • 1 sheet Chandi Ka Vark Optional

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Crush Parle-G biscuits in a food processor with cardamom powder until fine crumbs form.
  2. Melt unsalted butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs. Press this mixture into the bottom of each jar to form a crust layer. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth, sift in powdered sugar gradually, and fold in whipped cream.
  4. Layer jars with cheesecake filling and crumbled motichoor ladoos, alternating the layers.
  5. Chill jars for 3-4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
  6. Before serving, top with sliced almonds or pistachios. Optional: add Chandi Ka Vark.
