Preparation Steps
- Crush Parle-G biscuits in a food processor with cardamom powder until fine crumbs form.
- Melt unsalted butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs. Press this mixture into the bottom of each jar to form a crust layer. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth, sift in powdered sugar gradually, and fold in whipped cream.
- Layer jars with cheesecake filling and crumbled motichoor ladoos, alternating the layers.
- Chill jars for 3-4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
- Before serving, top with sliced almonds or pistachios. Optional: add Chandi Ka Vark.
