  2. Assess the texture of the batter. Add a tablespoon of water if too dry; if too wet, sprinkle in more rolled oats.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, aiming for a soft yet cohesive texture.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the rolled bites spaced apart.
  5. Chill the bites in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set and meld the flavors.
