In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Divide the mixture among serving cups or bowls, pressing it down gently to form a crust layer.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
Spoon a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in each cup. Drizzle a layer of warm hot fudge sauce over the cream cheese layer.
Add a layer of chopped strawberries and blueberries on top of the fudge sauce. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
Chill the trifles in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Just before serving, garnish with red, white, and blue sprinkles for a festive touch.
