- Cook the chicken by baking, sautéing, or grilling it until fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes. Dice into small pieces.
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté 2-3 cloves of minced garlic for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until golden.
- Reduce heat to low and add the diced chicken to the skillet. Toss the chicken for 2-3 minutes in the garlicky oil.
