  3. Lay out the tortillas, place a generous portion of filling in the center, leaving space around the edges.
  4. Fold the sides inwards and roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the wraps seam-side down for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
