Step-by-Step Instructions for Oreo Cheesecake Cookie Cups
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush about 20 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with 5 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter.
  3. Line muffin tin with cupcake liners and press about 1 tablespoon of the Oreo mixture into each liner.
  4. Beat 16 ounces of softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sugar until fluffy, then blend in 1/2 cup of sour cream.
