Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until just combined
  3. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on baking sheet
  4. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until fully cooked and golden
