In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat and quickly stir in the puffed rice cereal until well coated.
Divide the mixture into three bowls.
In one bowl, add the red candy melts and mix until combined.
In the second bowl, add the white chocolate chips and mix until combined.
In the third bowl, add the blue candy melts and mix until combined.
Press each colored mixture into a greased baking dish, layering them for a striped effect.
Sprinkle the top with red, white, and blue sprinkles.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
