Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto baking sheet.
- Press crosshatch pattern using a fork.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring.

- Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
