Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract together until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
  4. If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips for added texture and sweetness.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or individual cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
