Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 cup coconut milk canned or carton
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry syrup or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened shredded coconut
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Brew a cup of your favorite coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. In a tall glass, add ice cubes to fill the glass halfway.
  3. Pour the cooled coffee over the ice.
  4. In a separate container, mix the coconut milk and raspberry syrup until well combined.
  5. Slowly pour the coconut milk mixture over the coffee, allowing it to create a layered effect.
  6. Stir gently to combine before drinking.
  7. Top with sweetened shredded coconut and fresh raspberries if desired.
