Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Add pizza sauce and mix well. Remove from heat.
In a greased pie dish, press half of the pizza dough into the bottom and up the sides.
Spoon the beef mixture into the crust, then layer with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
Roll out the remaining pizza dough and place it over the filling, sealing the edges.
Brush the top with beaten egg.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
