Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and hot sauce. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the diced ham, ensuring it is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the center, leaving about an inch of bread around the edges. Save the removed bread pieces for dipping.
Spoon the dip mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowl. Place the bread bowl on a baking sheet and cover it with the bread top to prevent drying out.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and serve warm. Arrange bread chunks, crackers, or veggies around the bread bowl for dipping.
