These Pepperoni Pizza Rolls are everything you love about pizza—wrapped into a crispy, cheesy, and flavorful bite! Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • ½ cup marinara sauce for dipping
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley optional for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven
  2. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Prepare the Dough
  4. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle (about ¼-inch thick).
  5. Layer the Fillings
  6. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  7. Arrange the pepperoni slices on top.
  8. Season for Extra Flavor
  9. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
  10. Brush the mixture over the pepperoni and cheese.
  11. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
  12. Roll and Slice
  13. Carefully roll the dough into a tight log (starting from the longer side).
  14. Slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
  15. Bake Until Golden
  16. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
  17. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  18. Garnish and Serve
  19. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  20. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional).
  21. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
