Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown the ground beef, add taco seasoning, water, tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper, then simmer.
  3. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and cheddar cheese in a bowl.
  4. Spread biscuit dough in a greased dish, layer beef mixture, top with sour cream mix, and finish with cheese.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Notes

  • Add black beans or jalapeños for extra flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for 3 months.
