Ingredients
  

  • 6 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub spice mix all over the chicken.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken thighs.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F and skin is crispy.

Notes

  • Serve with roasted potatoes or steamed veggies.
  • Use boneless thighs if preferred—reduce cook time to 25 minutes.
  • Leftovers work great in wraps or salads.
