Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub spice mix all over the chicken.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken thighs.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F and skin is crispy.
Notes
- Serve with roasted potatoes or steamed veggies.
- Use boneless thighs if preferred—reduce cook time to 25 minutes.
- Leftovers work great in wraps or salads.
