Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are fully coated in the marinade.
Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the skin is crispy.
Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
