  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ranch seasoning, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to create a marinade.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are fully coated in the marinade.
  4. Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the skin is crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
