- Heat 2 cups of water in a small pot over medium heat until simmering, about 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of butterfly pea tea, 1 cinnamon stick, and 1 tablespoon of chamomile tea.
- Allow the mixture to steep on low heat for 3 minutes.
- Slowly pour in 1 cup of your choice of milk and heat just until hot, stirring gently.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey until fully dissolved.
- Strain the tea into a bowl or another pot using a fine mesh sieve.
- Pour into your favorite cup and garnish with a dried butterfly pea flower or cinnamon if desired.
