Step-by-Step Instructions for Samoas Brownies
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in sugar, add eggs and vanilla extract. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and chopped chocolate. Pour into the pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- To make the coconut caramel, melt sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until golden brown. Add butter, then pour in heavy cream and a pinch of salt. Stir in shredded coconut, let cool slightly.
