Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets and set aside.
  3. Slice the sausage into rounds about ½ inch thick and combine with broccoli.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle in onion powder and garlic salt. Stir well.
  5. Lay out four large pieces of aluminum foil and distribute the mixture evenly.
  6. Sprinkle ¼ cup of sharp cheddar cheese on top of each foil packet.
  7. Fold the edges of the foil to create tight pouches and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  9. Carefully open each packet, garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes, and serve.
