Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Brush the grill grates with olive oil and preheat on high heat for about 10 minutes until hot.
  2. Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until lightly golden. Stir in juice of one fresh lemon and set aside.
  3. Pat 1 pound of large raw shrimp dry with paper towels. In a bowl, mix shrimp with salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Arrange seasoned shrimp on the grill in a single layer. Grill for about 2 minutes on one side until pink, then flip and grill for another 2 minutes.
  5. Transfer grilled shrimp to a serving plate, drizzle with lemon garlic butter sauce, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
