- Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
- Add a tablespoon of butter or oil and sauté sliced red bell pepper, poblano pepper, and medium onion for 5–7 minutes.
- Spread a generous portion of shaved beef on the griddle, sear for 1–2 minutes, then flip and season with salt and black pepper.
