  • 1 medium Poblano Pepper Can switch with jalapeño for more heat.
  • 1 medium Onion Use white or yellow onions if needed.
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or Oil Olive oil is a healthier option.
For the Cheese
  • 4 slices Provolone Cheese Mozzarella is a great alternative.
  • 4 slices Smoked Gouda Cheese Aged cheddar can be tried for a sharper taste.
For the Bread
  • 4 pieces Hoagie Rolls Any sturdy sandwich roll will work.
  • to taste Salt & Black Pepper Season liberally according to your taste.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add a tablespoon of butter or oil and sauté sliced red bell pepper, poblano pepper, and medium onion for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Spread a generous portion of shaved beef on the griddle, sear for 1–2 minutes, then flip and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Drizzle Trybachan’s Original Sauce over the cooked beef and stir gently for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add sautéed vegetables back to the beef, then top with slices of provolone and smoked gouda cheese, covering to melt.
  6. Lightly butter the insides of hoagie rolls and toast them cut side down on the griddle for 30–60 seconds.
  7. Load each toasted hoagie roll generously with the beef and cheese mixture and serve hot.
