Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar, vegetable oil (or vegan butter), and aquafaba.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips carefully.
  6. Scoop the dough onto a prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  7. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
