Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Using wet hands, form approximately 32 medium-sized meatballs and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. In a skillet, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, and soy sauce over medium heat until boiling, then simmer.
  6. Add the baked meatballs to the skillet and coat them in the sauce, heating through for another 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
