Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Pat the steak dry, season with salt and pepper, and let it come to room temperature for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Reduce heat, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Once fragrant, add cooked steak back to the skillet and toss.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter, add garlic, and then heavy cream. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Serve steak bites with the creamy Parmesan sauce poured over or on the side, and garnish with parsley.
