Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, egg, and milk.
  3. Mix until well combined, then form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Serve with your favorite sauce or over a bed of rice or pasta.
