  2. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub the spice blend generously over each drumstick.
  3. Preheat your gas grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Sear each side of the drumsticks for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Reduce heat to 300°F and close the lid, cooking for an additional 25 minutes.
  4. For charcoal grill: Set up two heat zones. Sear the chicken on the hot side for about 5 minutes per side. Move to the cooler side, cover, and cook for another 25 minutes.
  5. After cooking to an internal temperature of 165°F, brush BBQ sauce over the drumsticks and grill for a few moments to caramelize.
  6. For air fryer: Preheat to 400°F and cook chicken in a single layer for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. For oven: Preheat to 400°F, place drumsticks on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway.
