- Slice the fresh chicken breasts into evenly sized tenders.
- In a large bowl or zip-top bag, combine ginger paste, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and optional sriracha or red pepper flakes. Whisk until blended.
- Add chicken tenders to marinade, seal the bag or cover the bowl, and massage to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (approximately 375°F / 190°C).
- Carefully place marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and grill for another 3-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- If using an air fryer, cook in a single layer at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
