Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the fresh chicken breasts into evenly sized tenders.
  2. In a large bowl or zip-top bag, combine ginger paste, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and optional sriracha or red pepper flakes. Whisk until blended.
  3. Add chicken tenders to marinade, seal the bag or cover the bowl, and massage to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (approximately 375°F / 190°C).
  5. Carefully place marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and grill for another 3-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. If using an air fryer, cook in a single layer at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  7. Remove chicken from the grill or air fryer and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
