- In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook for 5-7 minutes, crumbling the beef as it turns brown. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, green onions, soy sauce, and optional sriracha. Remove and set aside.
- Lower the heat to medium, add avocado oil to the skillet for 1 minute. Add shredded Brussels sprouts and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender and golden brown.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet with sprouts. Pour in sweet chili sauce and squeeze the lime juice over the mixture. Stir for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
- Remove from heat and spoon onto serving plates. Optionally sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving warm.
