Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the steak tips dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak tips, searing for 4–6 minutes until browned. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before dicing.
  2. Finely dice the red, yellow, and orange peppers along with the red onion.
  3. Divide the butter lettuce as the base on a platter, then layer with diced peppers and onion, and top with diced steak tips.
  4. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados, then add the diced onion, jalapeño, lime juice, cilantro, and chili lime seasoning, mixing gently.
  5. Whisk together the lemon Greek yogurt, sriracha, orange zest, orange juice, and mayonnaise until smooth. Adjust thickness with water if needed.
  6. Scoop guacamole onto each plate and drizzle with the yogurt dressing. Serve immediately.
