Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Spice Mix: Combine all spices in a small bowl and set aside.

  3. Cook the Potatoes: Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F) and cook seasoned potato chips for about 20 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Cook the Beef: Heat a frying pan, add beef mince and remaining spice mix, and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Make the Burger Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and spices in a small bowl.
