Method
- Rub turkey breast with oil or butter and season with garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place fresh herbs and broth in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Set the turkey breast on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest before slicing.
Notes
- Crisp the skin under the broiler for a golden finish. Use drippings to make a quick gravy.
