Ingredients
  

  • Boneless turkey breast
  • Olive oil or melted butter
  • Garlic cloves minced
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh rosemary and thyme
  • Chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Rub turkey breast with oil or butter and season with garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place fresh herbs and broth in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Set the turkey breast on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let rest before slicing.

Notes

  • Crisp the skin under the broiler for a golden finish. Use drippings to make a quick gravy.
