Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken thighs with salt, garlic powder, paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Mix thoroughly and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and sauté for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Lower heat and add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add garlic and onion, sautéing for 4-5 minutes until translucent.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and sugar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix to coat with sauce.
  5. Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream, cayenne pepper, garam masala, and black pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Mix in remaining butter until melted. Adjust seasoning and serve hot with parsley garnish, naan, or rice.
