- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to approximately half an inch thick, forming a rectangle.
- Spread shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough, leaving a half-inch border.
- Sprinkle parmesan over mozzarella, then add garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Drizzle olive oil along the edges.
- Cut the dough into one-inch wide sticks using a pizza cutter and transfer to the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
