- In a medium bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of minced garlic, ¼ cup of honey, ¼ cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and the juice of 1 lemon.
- Place your salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag, and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are fully covered. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
- Place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley and sesame seeds.
