Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk for 2–3 minutes.
- Add ground meats, egg, garlic, Parmesan, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until browned.
- Transfer meatballs to a saucepan with marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve over pasta, in hoagies, or with crusty bread.
Notes
- Use a cookie scoop for even-sized meatballs.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
