Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch to create a marinade. Add thinly sliced beef and toss until all pieces are well-coated. Let the beef marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. While the beef marinates, slice the bell peppers and chop the onion. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and sear for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining oil and sauté bell peppers and onion over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for another minute. Return beef to the skillet, add broth, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
