Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart and seasoning with salt and black pepper. Cook for 5–7 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in the diced onions, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Sauté for another 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Reduce heat to low and mix in cream cheese until melted and well combined.
  5. Layer provolone cheese slices on top of the mixture evenly.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
