Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make grid-like cuts in the crusty bread about 1-inch apart, without cutting all the way through.
  3. Cut the Brie cheese into wedges and insert them into the cuts of the bread.
  4. Chop the cranberries roughly and insert them into the bread cuts or dollop cranberry sauce in.
  5. Melt the unsalted butter and mix in minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  6. Brush the butter mixture onto the bread, ensuring it seeps into the cuts.
  7. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil, leaving the top exposed, and place on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes for a golden finish.
  9. Let the bread cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
