  1. Marinate the Pork: Thinly slice the pork, place in a bowl, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the Noodles: Boil salted water, add thick noodles, cook for 3-5 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Stir-Fry the Pork: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil, then the marinated pork and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
