Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang Korean chili paste
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and gochujang.
  3. Add beef slices and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Arrange beef and sliced veggies on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Marinate beef overnight for deeper flavor
  • Use parchment paper for easy cleanup
  • Add mushrooms or zucchini for extra veggies
  • Adjust gochujang for desired spice level
