Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to a sizzling 500°F (260°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and divide into individual portions.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning along the edges.
  4. Transfer the oiled dough onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes.
  5. Cool the crust for about 5-10 minutes before adding toppings.
  6. Spread a thin layer of crème fraîche over the pizza crust.
  7. Arrange cold smoked salmon slices over the crème fraîche.
  8. Garnish with minced chives and sliced red onion, and add optional ingredients if desired.
